Sleep Support

When sleep feels impossible, it’s not a problem — it’s a symptom.

Most parents arrive here exhausted, overwhelmed and blaming themselves.

They’ve tried the tips, the schedules, the scripts… and nothing has changed.

Not because they’re doing anything wrong
but because those tools don’t work when a child’s nervous system is dysregulated.

Sleep isn’t something you can force.
It’s something the body allows when it feels safe. That’s where our work begins.

A regulation-led, trauma-informed approach for families who need more than routines.

My approach: diagnostic, attuned, regulation-led

I specialise in supporting toddlers and young children whose sleep challenges are chronic, complex, or emotionally charged.

Instead of focusing on the behaviour — the bedtime battles, the night waking, the resistance we look at what’s driving it under the surface - the root cause of the sleep disruption:
Developmental leaps
• Stress, fear or unmet emotional needs
• Sleep space issues
• Medical/ clinical needs
• Sleep skills and behaviours
• Parent capacity and resilience

I don’t offer prescriptive routines or sleep training methods
I don’t use compliance-based methods.
I don’t promise quick fixes.

We begin with understanding the root cause.
We work with the nervous system — not against it.
And we restore the conditions that allow sleep to return naturally and feel easy and inviting.

The Six Pillars of Sleep Readiness

Your nervous-system-led, emotionally intelligent framework

Before we talk about “fixing sleep,” we look at the whole picture — the emotional, developmental, environmental, behavioural, and relational pieces that shape how safe a child feels to enter the rest state.

These six pillars guide every assessment and every plan:

Growth & Developmental Needs

Understanding the season your child is in

Emotional & Relational Needs

Connection as safety

Environmental Support

Creating a space that soothes, not stimulates

Sleep Skills & Behavioural Patterns

Clear, predictable cues that support settling

Parental Capacity

Because your wellbeing is part of the solution

Medical & Clinical Considerations

Clarity before intervention

These pillars show us exactly where sleep is getting stuck — and what your child truly needs to settle.

We don’t intervene until we understand.
